B. Secrecy and misinformation are the most important aspects of warfare.
C. In any conflict, deceit can be found at the roots. World War II started when Hitler took Poland by surprise. Decoy information was used to weaken Axis areas. Snipers, today, are soldiers based on deceit. They blend in with the environment and wait for the enemy for recon, or elimination. The opposition in the Middle East are experts at deception, as they look no different from the civilians that the US military protect. To this day, deception is still the key to war.
