A. The first quote was from the book of Proverbs in the bible, the second is an age old saying.
B. #1- The tree is a symbol for the parent and the fruit is their children.
#2- Is virtually the same thing; only the child is a reflection of the parents.
C. #1- The Parents have an identity based on the way their children act, so the parents have to train their children to be respectful, caring and giving members of society.
#2- Children are a reflection of their parents, and typically go a similar path. If the parents are respectful, caring and giving members of society, so will the children.
