It shows the effect of how thickheaded technology has caused the human brain to be.   C.      This cartoon shows the effect of what can happen to the human brain if it relies on technology too much. The visual shows how technology has made the human hopeless, that he's unable to trust his brain to remember how to come back up the driveway. This also shows that it is our own fault that we tend to use technology so often that when it is not in our grasp we do not know what to do.   D.      The implication of this visual is that technology keeps growing outrageously, to a point where little kids need it to function their brains. Technology is affecting the human brain from an early age, parents by their kids these gadgets.
