2. "A family in harmony will prosper in anything." is trying to get the point across that family values aren’t just a thing of the past, and are extremely important for a healthy family. It talks about how such things like cohesion, flexibility, and communication are of great importance. "Family is a haven in a heartless world," is trying to state that a family is always something that you can count on no matter what type of hardships that you may come across. It is also stating that in the end family is the only real thing that you can trust and count on to be there for you every step of the way. But because of the distractions that we have in todays society, these quotes are a reminder to show how a family can be and should be to one another.
3. "A family in harmony will prosper in anything," is relevant to today because it good for families to abide by. It kind of seems that people in todays world do not really realize how important it is to keep a steady, loving family in the world. The quote is basically saying that with a family that is able to be kept together and movie through the hardships together is a good thing to have and something that everyone should have. "Family is a haven in a heartless world," is stating that when you are dealing with hard times in your life, your family is the only one that can really help you conquer your problems. If you were to be having problems at school or problems with friends, your family would be a safe place to go to to clear your mind of the negativity and talk things through. Mainly, it is saying that the world is a very unforgiving place and your family is the one the gets you through the thickness of it
